Rita Banerji is one of the leading environment filmmakers in India, and has recently been selected as an Ashoka Fellow (a lifelong fellowship for world's leading social entrepreneurs, www.ashoka.org). Her work has been grounded in using communication as a strong tool for conservation and livelihood. In 2015 she founded the Green Hub Project which is a youth and community based fellowship to leverage the power of youth for conservation action through using the visual medium. In 2017 she was awarded the National Geographic – CMS Prithvi Ratna Award, and in 2018 the RBS Earth Hero Award for contribution to environment through films.

Dr. Amit Tuteja is a research scientist turned social entrepreneur. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Connecting Dreams Foundation - an organisation that seeks to bridge the gap between urban and rural India using technology, entrepreneurship and power of youth (http://www.connecting-dreams.org). An ardent believer in inclusive growth, he is passionate about transforming the society and empowering the community.
Prior to the entrepreneurial adventure, he has worked as a Research Scientist at The Centre for Genomic Applications (CSIR, Govt of India) and has spent better half of the decade in managing research activities in the field of Biotechnology. Amit also holds a doctorate in the field of DNA diagnostics and personized medicine.
Amit has been instrumental in conceptualizing and shaping Apna Tech Tree installations for Connecting Dreams Foundation, and has the onus of managing Youth chapters in leading Indian Universities. A creative personality himself, he has led various workshops for youth on ideation, innovation and entrepreneurship in India and abroad.
Amit has also consulted Intel corporation on various projects including their famous "Power of E" initiative, focused on Entrepreneurship. Additionally, his recent role in driving Intel’s “Innovate For Digital India Challenge (IFDIC)” is particularly noteworthy. He has also played key role is setting up 10 COE Atal Tinkering Labs across different parts of India with Niti Aayog.

Lobsang Phuntsok Founder, Jhamste Gatsal Children's Community and recipient of Sree Narayan Guru Award and 10th Spirit of Humanity Award
Lobsang Phuntsok was born in the Tawang district of Arunachal Pradesh. He was raised at the Sera Je Monastery in South India where he studied Buddhist philosophy and practice. After his monastic education, he spent several years in the United States teaching universal principles of love and compassion in the field of education. In 2000, he attended the Millennium World Peace conference at the United Nations in New York City.
In 2003, Lobsang established Jhamtse International, a non-profit organization in the US, dedicated to educating and nourishing hearts and minds in love, compassion and wisdom. A few years later, Lobsang left behind his life as the Founder and Director of Jhamtse International to start Jhamtse Gatsal Children’s Community in his native region. Jhamtse Gatsal means Garden of Love and Compassion. It provides a loving home, quality education and healthcare to over 100 orphaned and abandoned children from diverse backgrounds of trauma and adversity.
Lobsang also gives talks as well as conducts retreats and teaching workshops internationally on his vision of rekindling the human spirit and rebuilding the human community. Inspired by his vision and mission, four new organizations have emerged in Switzerland, Canada, Australia and Germany to support Jhamtse Gatsal Children’s Community.
In 2016, Lobsang was invited by the United Nations to be a keynote speaker during the Universal Children’s Day celebrations. In 2019, he was invited to speak at the national conference on psychological support for children at-risk in the education system by the Ministry of Education of Israel. In 2018, Lobsang was felicitated by the Sree Narayan Guru Award for outstanding contribution in social equality and economic empowerment by the India Foundation. Most recently, Jhamtse Gatsal was recognized as the national level winner of the 10th Spirit of Humanity Awards in the Education category.

Dr. Subhasis Ray is Professor of Marketing & Sustainability at Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar (XIMB), Xavier University. He is also the Founder- Director of the Centre for Resettlement, Rehabilitation and Corporate Social Responsibility at XIMB. Dr. Ray is also a visiting Professor at St. Petersburg State University Russia.
He has been an invited speaker at leading business schools of the world including Harvard Business School, Darden School of Business, Yale University, Cornell University in the USA and in Europe he has spoken at INSEAD Fontainbleau and Sorbonne University France and University of Queensland, Australia.
Dr. Ray has spoken and taught in 22 countries to students of 35 nationalities. He has an MBA from IIM- Calcutta, PhD from Osmania University, Hyderabad, CSR certification from the World Bank Institute and post-doctoral sustainability certification from Vienna University, Austria and National University Singapore (NUS). Prior to joining academics, Dr. Ray led business development initiatives at Fosroc Chemicals, Hilti India and Tata Consultancy Services and has been a consultant to several companies.
His areas of research interest include marketing, sustainability, social business and corporate social responsibility. He has several articles in ABDC ranked leading journals including Journal of Cleaner Production, Marketing Intelligence & Planning, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Non-profit and Public Sector Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management. His edited book on CSR implementation in India has been published by Springer in 2014.

Neichute Doulo, 46, has been influencing lives with his visionary initiative of transforming marginalized communities in Nagaland and North East India, with a focused approach of unleashing the powers of entrepreneurship. An authority in the field of youth entrepreneurship, he has been shaping the way people view entrepreneurship for the last 20 years. He believes that people in this strife torn region, nestled between South East Asia and SAARC economies, must change the way they perceive entrepreneurship or be overwhelmed by the tide of economic upheavals that are already coming along with massive globalization.
His works have been recognized nationally and internationally, being the first Naga Ashoka Fellow in 2001. Regionally, he is a recognized figure of social reformation being the 5th recipient of the Naga Mothers Association Award in 2003 for developing Entrepreneurship in the Nagaland. The Chakhesang Youth Front has also given him a Lifetime Achievement Award 2006 for being a Social Entrepreneur and a youth who has immensely contributed to social change in the state.
In 2016, he won the award for the “Social Entrepreneur of the Year”, India by the prestigious Schwab Foundation (World Economic Forum) in partnership with the Jubilant Bhartia Group. In 2017, at Durban, South Africa, he was elected as a Schwab Fellow (World Economic Forum) in recognition for developing entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods for the masses. In a region known for insurgency and poverty, Entrepreneurship has given a new lease of life through his works.
Neichute Doulo taught economics for 2 years to under graduate students (1998-2000) in Baptist College, Kohima and has been a guest speaker on Entrepreneurship at many prestigious institutions both in India and abroad.
Neichute Doulo has been providing leadership and guidance to Entrepreneurs Associates in promoting entrepreneurship and self employment by making Micro and SME finance available for micro enterprises and entrepreneurship to over 15500 youths and livelihood opportunities to more than 5000 farmers, thousands of women vendors and over 1500 SHGs across Nagaland and Manipur that houses over 70 minority ethnic communities.
He not only contributes as board member of many distinguished councils but is also a Standing Committee Member of the prestigious CSOs for NITI AAYOG, Govt of India.

Subhrangshu Sanyal is a passionate Start-up Evangelist and currently the CEO of IIM Calcutta Innovation Park. He is working on creating a comprehensive ecosystem that would promote entrepreneurship and nurture innovation and has deep interest in the Social Entrepreneurship space.
Subhrangshu has rich experience in process and systems consulting in the banking and financial services domain. He worked with leading companies in multiple geographies and was involved in end to end implementation of several large strategic projects for global organizations. He also had a stint with a technology startup.
Subhrangshu is a Mechanical Engineer from Jadavpur University and an alumnus of IIM Calcutta. He did his PhD from National Law University, Jodhpur and holds several professional certifications like PMP, CAMS,Six Sigma Black Belt.
He is a Rotarian and involved in various social initiatives.
